In more than one sentence

This collective was born out of need. Traditional barbershop structures were actively harmful to us, so we joined together to create our own space. We all operate as our own individual LLCs, split business costs, and make shop decisions as a group.

We created this space with our community in mind. We expect it to continually shift and grow. We welcome conversation around need, accountability, and safety as we are committed to better serving our community.
